Hey guys,
Wondering what setting you guys run on.
I've got AJPS coil-overs with agx 4 way adjustable shocks and 7kg springs.
And TRD blue 8 way adjustable with 5.5kg in the rear.
I know it's a matter of trial and error but I want a starting point to have the set up going well and then trial further from there.

You will want to change the setting a bit as it wears. If your shocks are good quality and new, then the full hard setting will be too hard. You want room for adjustment in the future as it wears.
Choose a twisty bumpy road you can test on. With the shocks on fully hard, the shocks won't have time to rebound and the suspension packs up. This is dangerous, you loose traction big time, and the rear end will buck you up in the air, and your times along your test track will be slower.
With the shock setting either side of optimum, you loose traction, and you end up driving accordingly. You may not realise it, so lap times are a good indicator. If you have a tight bumpy test track...
I think, put it on fully soft to start with.

Ive got rear TRD blues full stroke and kmac springs, these have lowered the car to just above the tyre, I have adjusted the shocks to about 4 and it seems to not hit the tyre but I im sure it was original on 1 when I put them in and it was still ok, Will take it for a test drive today to see how it feels.

i think my fronts are on 3 and rears on 4-5, so about half half, but my measurement of stiffness is if the car reacts the same on both sides when pushing down :P, hard to tell where the rear adjust is pointing

I'm thinking once I finally get it all in and coil-overs at the height I want to make the car sit level I'll start the car on minimal settings ie: 1 on the 8 ways and 1 on the 4 ways. See how that goes then I might crank it to half half, if it's too much then I'll drop it according to which end is bugging me.

When my car came from Japan it was set to 7 on the rear (trd blues), no idea about the fronts they are unknown coilovers.
Set it to 4, going to change it to 3 and 2 to see what kind of difference it makes as I want it a bit softer.
