Oxy sensor wiring

I know I should already know this but when hooking up a 3 wire oxy sensor are the non signal wires 5V or 12V for the heater coil?

how did people hook theirs up?

funny enough I just assumed it was 12V and put it on my ignition cicuit, I am guessing it didnt last long if that was the case. Anyhow I need to find out how they are originally and fix things up

My gze was giving a 12V output from the factory plug. My universal 3 wire was 12V so yeah ive assumed its always 12V.
