Vehicle Registration - CTP Insurance added fee to rego ?

Hey guys,

I've never really taken much notice of these things until now
I was wondering what exactly it means by CTP for Insurance for QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited on my Vehicle Registration renewal papers ?
Does this mean i'm already paying fee for third party insurance ?

On the back it says something about ringing them and confirming change of insurance providers to confirm the fee ?

ctp covers personal injury.. here in vic we pay it as part of our rego.. other states have it seperate..

third party/property covers damage to other cars/property eg.. if u hit a merc it saves u paying out a $15k repair bill
