this is kinda relevent....
i tried to put 15x7 +21mm (not ssr's but pretty simlar, rays engineering mesh)
and they didnt fit on stock ke70 strut as they hit the shock tube, and they also hit the spring perch (they had 205/60 tyres so pretty chunky)
so yeah just make sure they are a pretty decent lowish (closer to zero, it was pretty close so prolly about +10 would have worked fine) offset otherwise you might have trouble fitting them on....

I'd say you'll need to do a bit of guard "editing" to fit those rims with tyres in properly

u wont need to cut and weld that. just pull the folded bit of the lip out and u'l gain 20mm then roll it. do the other side again too its pretty rough. looks like he just used pliers to pull it out. i got the same size wheels coming from the states at the moment but i got xt130's, 86 struts etc so we'l c how different it is

so if i do all this shit they rnt gonna rub on the struts r they? cause i would cry. the dude recons all he has to do to the right gaurd is cut from the top at a new arc angle thing down about an 1.5 inch from the bottom of the gaurd? make sence? will this work? anyone? i don't want it to look shit house tho. starting to consider buying a new gaurd. selling the mint reverse mesh and getting longchamps i wont have the same problems tho will i?

they should be fine. The easiest way to see if they will scrub is to bolt the wheels on and turn steering wheel full lock and look to see if the inside of the tyre is on the strut. I doubt it tho. Do the same to the other guard as the drivers one and bog over and paint both of them

Your wheels should be fine with rolling the guard iv got xt130 lca, 86 strut and 14x7 -10 and only had to roll mine

i do have to cut tho
see the photo where its been blackned in paint when u turn more than like half lock the tyre cause it soo
wide touches that on the tread. which i hear bends the f*ck outtaa ya gaurd. so hoplefull it works. might give the other gaurd
a go myself. find some pliars head gun. and hammer.. just don't really want it looking crap.
cheers for ya help.
any other suggestions ?

Look like you need to flare the guard a bit more, i.e, make the curved section of the guard higher buy hammering and rolling.
Also is it scraping at the front of the guard down the bottom? You need to cut some castor clearance from just above where the tyre starts rubbing.
The main problem here is the sigma control arms. If i were you i would make the other guard the same and just chuck in some Corona XT130 control arms (+10mm over stock) and run a 5mm spacer to bump a bit more offset to fill out the guard.

bloke recons he is gonna cut it some time next month. as long as i get the rims on before the other tires get too bald ill be happy. then may start mucking round with spacers and arms. how much for rona arms ? my old man has been on my back for months telling me to fuck off the sigma arms.
