im looking at buying a seat wondering if it will bolt in to me ke70

no they are not. u can just manage to get 3 of the holes in, but the 4th is a fair way off.
just need to weld a longer tab and drill a hole or elongate the fourth sometimes if its long enough already.

if i could remember it was 1 of the back 1s.but im not 100% sure
from memory front right, but that could be completely wrong

on the drivers side its the rear outer side that doesnt line up.. its short by about 5 mm . again my rails are not joined, their individual sliders..

on my bride rail it was the front left whole (closest to the tunnel)
was out by about 5-10mm, could either elongate the hole or you could weld a tab onto it

when i bought my seat a got one of them universal rails with it. just unbolted the standard seat and the universal thing bolted straight on. the slide mechanism still works and everything
