how to install 6point harness correctly?

just brought my self a new rci 6 point harness. just wondering if someone can tell me how to install it correctly?

I have seen people do them on the floor for the rear and the angles are WAY off.. So silly.

if they angle down too far, then it just breaks your collar bones and seat and stuff in an acco, pretty dangerous.
