Hey, ok ehre is my problem. ill have the gear in neutral, not touching anything and the car idles fine. as soon as i push the clutch in the revs drop right down (even stalls most of the time) and this all happens when the car is left in neutral. wtf is going on here ?:S:S:S

A very worn throwout bearing, which maybe is not even spinning. You may need a new clutch.

this happens to mine too but it just drops in revvs, not close to stalling.
but if anything logic on the surface without pulling it all apart would suggest that if you pressed the clutch in, it would if anything just slightly increase in revvs.
Anyway i put in a new 4age standard clutch kit (thrust bearing, pressure plate/clutch plate) a few years ago. (with a t50 and 4age setup) and it made no difference at all to this minor quirk! still drops in revvs when clutch is in whilte in neutral selector position.
I just ignore it now.
