if i put 4.3 diff gears in my car, all id need is a JDM speedo cable to have my speedo read the correct speed? or i need the cluster? or both? if this be the case i might be down for these items

you have to change the the speedo gears.

No Idea. Pretty sure its the same item. Not sure though. Hoping to sell as a kit with the calipers if thats what someone needs. Otherwise in a week or two I will sell them separate. Cheers.

Been shipped, and Beerhead even labelled it for you. All you need to do is clip it on, run the cables, solder in a half dozen connections and setup some relays, add some conduit and turn the key.
