Clearing out the suspension i wanted to use ...... simply because i wish to focus on my engine first :)

Item 1: TRD Coilovers. 6-7kg springs, perfect TRD blue 8-way adjustable shocks, and offset top hats for perfect fitment. The ultimate rear suspension! These were used on an N2 car for one race before i snatched them up.

Location: Milton, Brisbane

Price and Payment Conditions: $1000. Can be posted anywhere at buyers expense.

Contact: 0423 766 972 (sms), PM me, or post here.

Item 2: TRD Blue 8-way adjustable shocks. Painted orange, because i was a retard back in the day. One shock is slightly 'squishier' than the other, so i wont comment on condition. I didnt end up using them (as my car came with a set).

Location: Milton, Brisbane

Price and Payment Conditions: $200. Can be posted anywhere at buyers expense.

Contact: 0423 766 972 (sms), PM me, or post here.

Item 3: TRD 7kg Springs. Again, painted orange because i was retarded. Excellent condition, low ride-height.

Location: Milton, Brisbane

Price and Payment Conditions: $150. Can be posted anywhere at buyers expense.

Contact: 0423 766 972 (sms), PM me, or post here.

lower than is safe. should easily tuck rim under the guard

edit: i havent run them, I'm only guessing .. most of the N2 cars run fairly bloody low, so i'm going off that.

i think you *might* be able to take the coilovers off the shocks. i'm not going to though, thats up to the buyer :)

I'm asking so that it is established whether you can change the inserts

it looks like you can take the grub screws out of the bottom of the threaded section and you could then lift the threaded section up off the shock. meaning you could transfer the "coilover" platform on to a simlar sized shock.

before any one starts ranting about grub screws, look closer and you'll see the threaded section (at the top) sits on the shock body and is not held in position by the grub screws only. if you look at both the shox and then the coilies you can see what i mean as to where it sits. the weight of the car is on the shock body not the screws.

the screws would be used to prevent spinning of the threaded body and stop the coilovers coming apart when the car is jacked up and stands used on the sill i guess

thats just my interpertation of the pic

i'm bored but its home time now so WIN!!
