GTA4 AE86 in game

Just starting playing Grand theft auto 4 and discovered a car which is modeled on the Ae86

its a levin coupe with foglight grill, has wantabes on it and even has a 20v engine in it with quads

how is the driving in gta4 ? is it more realistic ? and do u think this is going to be a bigger hit than wen gta2 up; to gta3

IGN gave it a 10/10, and they havent done that for a decade apparently.

i picked gta4 up this morning aswell, and after seeing this thread iv been aimlessly driving around trying to find the 86, but no luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

another thing, seeing as its a thread about gta4, I'm havin trouble with the net play-- it will load to the lobby but after a couple of seconds playing it kicks me off????? anyone got any ideas???? havnt had this trouble with other online games (PS3 version if that makes a difference??)

are you connecting to an australian server? what connection are you using?

if you ping is too high then you will probably get booted

lol i was beaten by like 20 mins! ive found all of the ones ive seen in the place were your first house is hang in there and youll find them. they also have bonnet pins and sort of the same front as a blista compact

and you can put equip 03's on it and slam it!

apperently ps3 version has gote aheap of problems with the mutliplayer part of it, xbox is sweet no lag and the multiplayer is fun as

also good to hear I'm not the only one having troubles with online play for the PS3, its abit frustrating all the same though.
Do you think it could be in part due to the host having the absolute mother load of players trying to get on, on the first day??

Too late, the European release of GTA4 is already edited, the only way to get the un-edited version is to import it from the US........ <_<

Its shame they couldn't do trueno version, but i guess pop up lights are too hard to do

Nope its an Aussie released one. Couple of years old though, but there fixing it under warranty for him.

Sounds like the Sony servers aren't coping with the bandwidth been chewed by all the people playing GTA4, Microsoft already learned its lesson after COD4 caused similar problems. Sounds like they were ready this time :)

yeah i noticed the 86 aswell,

its funny how u can peal fat one wheelers in the fwd cars by just gunning it and turning,

the handling of these cars is heaps different to the other gta's
they all have sooo much more bodyroll

apparently the 1 cut scene thats missing ion the aus released game is where u go to off some guy whos raped someone (in jaile or something? can't remeber a mate at uni told me) and instead of just killing him first u use ur gun as a bit of a torture device by inserting it, wont do into details but i think u get the picture

i could be wrong but the mate at uni is a huge nerd and works in a manga/game shop so i think he might be right

There has been a fair bit edited out/cut down things i've noticed / read is Picking up hookers, un edited, you can move the cam around lookin the car if you so desire, Edited, goes to external view from back bumper, language is very dulled down, alot of the violence is also cut down and when you go to the strip club, the pole dancers have Tape on their nips, pretty lame.,.. but theres nothing better than doin a skid in a car till they tyres pop then having a super drift machine!!
