Hey does anyone know whats the biggest size you can fit on a jdm ae86, don't know if there any different to the adm.
I wanted to go 14inch but don't no what width i can go to before i have to modify the guards. Which i don't want to do.
btw the guards are already rolled.

Pretty big at the expense of good taste.
I had 7.5 with 185's on 'em and I couldn't fit my finger between the tyre and guard, but they looked sweet as.
Offset is the key.

if the guards are rolled how is anyone on here meant to know how wide and the offset of rim is best suited to your car without any further guard modification, plus nobody know what springs your running and how low the car sits.
if stock springs and stock guards ive heard guys putting 18x10 +offset in the stock guards with stock springs.
just go to a rim/jap shop and trial fit something like a 15x8 negative offset
iif not
get maybe a 14x8 or 15x7.5 (rather go 14x8)
also depends on tyre size
ie
185/45 will fit better than a 195/50 for obvious reasons.
kinda hard when you say the guards have already been rolled.
best bet is, take it to a rim shop and get some trial fitments.
or if your mates got some bigger rims or something trial fit them
only real way you can tell.

with a rolled gaurd, 8 -15 or so will sit nicely.

sorry that your a cock head that reckons you know everything.
Its not my fault that as a teenager you were that gay kid who got bashed everyday and now your taking you "revenge" haha.
This is not a communist site people can ask what ever they want as long as the mod agrees, and its on topic.
People like you that THINK your better then the rest are just really worthless, its people like you that should be banned.
Your that person that makes every one else feel like a idiot when they have a question.
Could be dumb to you but not to them.
And yes i did search forum a few times but i never found the answer to my question.
So next time don't go ranting and raving, name calling!
Cause if you were in this state youd have a hard time.
Oh and i don't know what your on about the sr20 bit?

around 15x8 0 to 15x8 -4 rims with 195/50R15s or 195/45R15 tyres will fit sweet.
That said I have 15x9 -2 on my rear and they are only rolled ;)

I'm actually quite surprised how big you can go with stock guards...
Compared to all other cars, KE70's, ae86 and even ae82 etc, they got some pretty big flares!

i tend to agree with delazy...
you need to provide more details when you ask questions, don't get me wrong asking any question is perfectly fine, but asking a such a question without giving any extra information, you can't expect good answers.
similar to asking how long a piece of string is
yes it might have been a good idea to have a search around as well, there are times when asking the same question is ok SO LONG as you provide enough information to the forum to explain EXACTLY what you want to know with as much details as possible.
from my time looking around this place, 14/15 x 8 with +10-0 (between +10 and zero) offset is about as "big" as you want to go on stock guards, assuming its lowered to suit the wheels. also depends on the tyres as well. with reasonable sized tyres (ie no bulge, nice and flat, no stretch necessarily) they should fit in nicely.
you would want to have relatively stiff springs as the wheels will sit quite close to the guards, prolly get some scrubbage over those nasty pot-holes we all know about.
ps: don't write in capitals (in your title), doesn't really help at all, will prolly keep people out of your thread :2thumbs:

Wheel fitment has a bout a thousand variables, best to trial fit some of your mates rims and take note of their sizes to get an idea of what you can run.
