Just before we make it final.
Is it used or new?
would it come with all the essential pulley parts such as the guide, rubber, insulator etc?

Someone else has also offered to me so i'm just seeing which one will be best

It is used, at what you see is what you get .

Also have a RWD water pump pulley in stock for another $65.
