5k Head bolt Torque settings

Hi all

Helping a mate do a headgasket on a 5k motor, what are the head bolt torque settings for this?

plus any other details i should be aware of before doing this.

No details needed. It is the easiest head gasket to do out of any engine.

Yeah thanks, he said it looks piss easy, just after the tension amounts for the head bolts people...
