after a 20 min skid session today after i finished the car(FINALLY!)
we struk this problem we had once before which is that something is draining the battery and killing it
when this happens motor goes a little rough and the rev's on digi tacho do faded and barely show
anyone overcome this problem or know what could be doing this ?

If the engine is running and the lights dim then i would start by having a look at your alternator.

like what the others said. check earth points, new battery, new alternator.

put pics up (somewhere) of your finished car!

Pull the battery out while the car is running.

If it stops your alternator is fubar.

The car is not designed to run off the battery, if it did it would not last long (which is what you are experiencing :P)

Start up car, dc the battery and see if it runs or not. Also if you got a multimeter, check the voltage at battery. It should be atleast 13.5V-14.5V between the positive and negative terminals
