Landrover Defender 300 TDI Intercooler

looking for a smaller cooler and saw one of these and noticed they have inlet/oulet facing engine so could be handy.
Anyone know the dimesions? and what they are like?

look I havent seen one of these at all but I do work in a place where they make trucks and this is what I can tell you:

it very much looks like on diesel engines they don't seem to worry about high airflow much and the end tank designs are very poor in terms of lips and steps.

Look inside a few intercoolers and have a look at the inside designs in what the air has to go through.

You know my personal recomendation is to get a normal cooler, weld a splitter pipe in the guts at one end with the inlets and outlets there and a bypass end tank at the other end.
