ae86 strutt tubes ?

i was just wondering if the ae71 or ke70 used the same strutt tubes/housing as an ae86, cause when i get my shocks and springs i wanna just get a spare set so i don't have to have my car off the road for a couple days setting them up...

what strutt tubes/housing are the same specification as the ae86 that i could get from a wrecker ?

in short:

no they aren't the same, they are a bit smaller.

the only struts that are the same are the ae71 panel van, all other ae71.s and ke70s have the smaller/useless strut tube size.
