hey all
i am building a 4agte, using a 7rib block from a 20v, and a 16V head from a FWD bigport.

1. Does the AE86 RWD thermostat housing and water pump fit onto the 20v block?. I have the JDM ae86 alternator bracket.

2. Do i then have to use the 16V harmonic ballancer to make the pulleys line up? does this fit on the larger crank?

thanks allot

1. yes

2. the alignment of the crank pulleys are all the same, you have two options, a rwd water pump front with a rwd pulley or a fwd pump front with a fwd pulley

Be aware that if you use the RWD rear housing you wont be able to use the AE86 heater return pipe on the back of it if the 20V has a knock sensor.

oh yeah I forgot about that one!

I modified mine:

but you can just chop it shorter and get a longer hose/hose extension
