jus put the standard one back in unless you have a turbo motor. stock ones are fine.

excel, from an X3. try and get one that had air conditioning, has two thermo fans.

It's almost bolt it.

One of the bottom mounts require moving (cut and re-weld, or bolt a 'top support' to the bottom)

just drill into the supprt panel to hold on the top brackets.

Fitted.

hoses line up ok, with a bit if force.....

pretty much any 90s model excel rad is perfect, you may find one at a wreckers for a bargain price with thermos, i paid 155 for mine brand new, a great fit, and really light weight.

^^^

Find a wrecker that doesn't know there worth!

I got an x3 radiator, with twin thermo's for $30 bucks!

They even took it out and pressure tested it...

Tooradin wreckers FTW!

edit: 155 for a new one is good!

s13 just fits into a ke70/ae71. not sure if the room is different in a sprinter. brendo had one in his 4ag 70 with no fan it never over heated on the track.

not sure about whether or not the outlets line up but an st165 rad should bolt into the sprinter mounts without any mods, they are twin core and have twin thermos.

I am running a stock raidator atm with a 4agte its ok at the moment but 3 hard runs on the dyno it got up to 3/4 . So i am in the process of fitting a civic racing radiator. Its much thicker ,has same ports and allows more room where radaitor support is.. Plan to front mount pod filter from the turbo througth the radiator support. :)
