I don't know if its marketing hype or not but the T3 one is meant to be oversized so its a tighter fit and also its delrin instead of the average stuff toyota use. I never did get around to fitting mine,
has anyone on here tried it?

the main side to side slop is caused by the soft spring things on either side of the box, these aren't available from toyota anymore though, so when you get a box pick the two stiffest ones :)

neutral postionn slop is of no issue to me personally, I only car about slop when its in gear/going into gear.
unless its a weird shape you could always get something made up at a spring place or even try your luck with something off the shelf?
