Hey guys

was just wondering if the inlet ports on a gze are the same as a n/a big port head? I'm looking at getting a performance gasket and wanted to double check. just out of curiosity did they change to the small port head with the later gze out of the levin 101?
I'm new to these engines so any help would be great

Cheers guys

depends what yours is out of...

my ae101 ZE (latest) is small port... i can't remember witch model had the big port...

what were you getting a preformance gasket for? is is a head gasket? and how thin is it?

just read the other thread you made... you have a big port AW11 4A-GZE with an AFM...

here's a good guide to all the 4agze's...

cheers for that. that page is really usefull
the gasket i was looking at is claimed to stop heat soak between the head and the inlet??? i have heard of a few guys useing these to help keep inlet temps down which from what i understand can get really high on gzes! just throwing some thoughs around while the engine is on a stand and things are easy to get to.
