S and ADM T series axles are the same size except length. S series crown is 6.5 inch?, T series is 6.7 inch.
I'm sure on the axles though, I was surprised when I compared the two sets I have in the shed.

So T series diffs are not all that then(strength wise)? Maybe the only reason is that they accept LSDs?

t series is a definate upgrade on an s series but it all comes down to what power you have, tyres, retardness of your driving etc

They are an upgrade, but only in terms of LSD availibility and centre strength. If you can break S series axles, you'll break T series. ae86 Kouki (late model) T series are slightly larger axles.
