Hey guys I have just recently put a 4age into my 86 but the engine doesn't sit in the bay straight it is slanted slightly to the passenger side of the car.
I have used the ADM mounts off my old 4ac. Are the JDM mounts different cause I have looked in the wreckers and all the 4ac engined AE71s that are there have the engine slanted but the carby air cleaner appears to be straight?
Thanks for your help

exactly the same. engine is meant to be on a tiny bit of an angle.

What he said, and you'll notice that the bottom of the sump is on an angle to compensate for this too.

just as golberg said, the sump should be dead flat in proportion to the ground, if its not then something is wrong.

I'll check my parts book when I get to work. I recall the rubber mounts are identical but 1 steel bracket is different.
