View Full Version : VIC: GT28 turbo dual ball bearing, near new.

hey guys,

I intended to use this turbo on my 20v, but im short some cash so it has to go :(

I bought it in pretty much brand new condition, i was told it has done about 2000k's on a 1.3ltr motor of some sort, but they found it to be too laggy for that engine and they sold this to get a smaller one.

this would be a fantastic turbo for any 4agte, with great response and very little lag.

From what im told these are about $1200 brand new, but im after a quick sale as i need the money, so i would be asking $700 firm.

Thats a mad bargain... I wish i had the money. Shouldnt take to long for this baby to move.

Is this a disco potato? (GT28RS). If so, these are an awesome turbo. Virtually no lag. I had one on my old Silvia. It was converted to external gate, and made 237rwkw on only 14psi.

this is GT2854, not GT2860RS

they are good for very quick response but u'll probably find the engine struggling to reach the red line

unless u go really low boost.

Ok just done some checkin and this is actually a GT2554, not the GT2854.

my mistake, i was misinformed when i purchased this turbo.
