View Full Version : JDM AE86 Brake spec?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some measurement for a stock JDM ae86 brakes. I need the following

1. Rotor Diameter front and rear
2. Caliper piston size front and rear

and if anyone have a FC3S Caliper handy could you measure the piston size on them too thanks :2thumbs:

front disk 234*18
rear disk 232*10

don't know about the caliper bore diameters, But the front is the same as the ADM ones if that helps.

Std AE86 Spec 1983 (as listed in Homogation papers and TRD Bible)

Disk Rotor: Front = 234x18 (vented), Rear = 231x10 (solid)
Caliper single piston Dia: Front = 50.8mm, Rear = 34.9mm
Master Cylinder Bore Dia = 20.6mm :)


The piston diameter on FC calipers is about 32.4mm (obviously 4 per caliper)
