The proportions do seem correct for an xE7x sedan.

B-pillar looks the same, angle on front and rear pillars is the same-ish, you can't really tell underneath that shit. Wheelarches are in the right spot too.

Man Im Lebanese and i drive a 20V sprinter with 0 off set simmonds b45s not all lebs love the chrome. some cars are tuned for functionality and some for show. Its like art some paintings are portraits that serve a functional purpose of capturing some ones apperance while others are just painted to look nice .
