Complete 4AGZE from AE86.
AE92 small port 4AGZE DLI version (Twin coil)
With factory loom, ECU, ignitor, coils, MAP sensor etc wired up and ready to run (only about 4 wires to connect to your car).
Good points:-
Bottom end rebuilt with 20th (0.5mm) oversize brand new genuine Toyota ceramic coated pistons by Bryants Engineering
ACL rings and bearings
Cometic metal head gasket
Bottom end done about 1000km
Has RWD mounts, clutch, flywheel and all water pipes are done
New fan belt
New spark plugs
4AFE altinator Bracket
It has the short flat style water outlet on the back of the head.
Has 4AGE cam covers (to confuse you know who)
Supercharger outlet pro modified to aim forward - for front mount intercooler.
Intake pipe rotated and spaced to suit RWD
Bad Points:-
A bit smokey but goes hard (yeah I should have reco'd the head when I did the bottom end) Probably valve guides or sem seals)
No altinator (use FWD AE92 4AFE altinator).
The original dissy / crank angle got damaged so it runs a 4AGE dissy and adapter plug
The pressure plate fingers are badly worn due to a jammed throwout bearing - needs new pressure plate.
I might sit it on a crossmember in the garage and start it up to prove its ok.
Options:-
100kw intake manifold converted for RWD, with throttle body - $200 extra
AE86 GT-Apex crossmember and power steering rack (missing one of the straps that holds the rack and has no lines / pump) - $100
- These crossmembers will not fit a non-power steering rack).
T50 of unknown condition (should work, got it from the wreckers years ago) - $200
A front cut is $2800 and then you need all the RWD stuff like flywheel and mounts and welding / water pipes and sort out the loom, so...
$2000 is a bargain
The bottom end alone cost me over $1000 to rebuild.
