Hey guys,

I am puting a bt 20v into my car with a T50 behind it.

I have a lightened 200mm flywheel and wondering if

a heavy duty 4AC Clutch kit will work with it.

I am unsure if the dowels are in the same position for all 4AGE flywheels.

Also, Is the spigot bearing the same for all 4AGE's also

Cheers

4age enignes have no dowels, just 8 bolts so you can put that flywheel in any of those 8 positions that take your fancy

The 4ac clutch will be fine

and the spigots are the same for all A series flywheels

have you seen my article on spigot bearings in the faq?

The dowels he is talking about are the three in the flywheel to locate the clutch. Yes, the 4A-GE does have those. And the 4A-C clutch will work on the 200mm 4A-GE flywheel.

oh those dowels.... I was thinking of how some flywheels have dowel(s) to locate it to take the sheer force off the bolts. Now we are past that misunderstanding yeah anything the same size in friction plate is interchangable
