Hey everyone,
I can't help but notice we are a very dedicated community and have a very developed website. My question is though are we an actual car club? What is involved in becoming a restistered Club?? There are so many benifits from Cheaper insurance to taking your unlicensed and track cars to events such as cruises/meet ups without the cops giving you a fine.
Any ideas? or thoughts

Roland were are developing the site futher and in doing so most of the mods will be sorting out their cars. this means from myself i will be organising a lot of cruising and drift days for everyone to be involved. so start of next year you should see more cruises and other events. i will also be holding pub nights and drive ins and so on.
so stay tuned. thank you for noticing the effort put into the website by Nick and the other mods.

club rego and insurance is cheaper but kinda stinks. you only are allowed to drive the car 10,000km a year. thats pretty crap if your ae86 is your daily.

i think you misunderstood his question.
he means to ask is it a registered car club, as in nationally registered (like the MX-5 club of qld for instance).
theres alot of paperwork to be registered, and the membership has to be on a monetary level to count for club insurance. And i'm pretty sure your membership base has to be a minimum number of 40 or something.
it costs alot of money to establish, and lets face it, money isn't something most kids with ae86's are too keen to part with on a annual basis.
