Okay JAF Badge is up for sale again after seller fell through. Rare and hard to get. It is a genuine part and is in pretty much perfect condition. Comes with nuts and screws. Located in SA, Northern suburbs. I will be looking to let it go for $70 firm.

Also can mods please clean this thread up.

cheers,
Dave

I think he meant what actually is it?

I have never seen one before, let alone heard of it

JAF is the equivilent of the RAA we have here in SA/NT.
So it's the Japanese equivilent of http://www.aus-ford-uk.co.uk/assets/images/RAA_badge1.jpg

The badge should give anyone with a Japanese car the nostalgia and romance of a locally made japanese car in Japan.

FYI, They are affiliated with the RAA and most other car clubs in Australia too. So you can call em if your car breaksdown in Japan and use your RAA membership. Damn its good. See: http://www.aaa.asn.au/downloads/AAA_Handbook.pdf reference from http://www.raa.net/page.asp?TerID=48

I havent seen these badges in SA for ages though. Does anyone know if they still make em?

I think they've stopped making them in japland..but there are a lot of copies out there now, even a whole bunch of different styles too.

But yeah, the USA kids go mad over these. I reckon they're cool as too :D
