what size is the inlet on the pod.

plus the dimensions of it?

inlet is to suit 4age ? maybe 2" ? 1.75" ? :S not $100 sure just got the tape measure out and rough measurement came to
~90mm in width
~170mm length
filter will need a clean like stated previously.
you can see through it in minor parts of the filter but it is pretty grubby though.
not sure how much the oil cleaners are for the k&N packs but for $20 its pretty cheap considering.
will come up new after a clean.
