4age Spool rods with ARP2000 instructions

Damned if I know where I put the little instruction sheet that came with my set of spool rods a year or so ago.

Been searching around here and toymods but haven't found the instructions. Also unsure of the ARP2000 part number.

From memory the torque value was about 75ftlb (I could be wrong as this seems high) and the procedure was to torque each bolt three times.

Can anyone confirm this before I go wrecking something?

motor - 4age 16V SP.

use - Collecting dust.

problem - Lost instructions paper for spool rods with ARP2000 bolts

arp website it doesn't go by the bolt but the diameter of the bolt thread that determines the torque spec

Answer I found was 45ftlb for the arp2000 bolts that came with 4age spool rods.
Technique is to torque them up three times, backing them off after each time except the last.
