What set up were you running and what are you running now?

The MAP sensor is not to blame, it's the tuner.

i was running adaptronic e420c with trumpets but the limmiter kept comming in at 7000rpm and couldnt be changed and then it blew something within the unit so i decided to go back to standard, i got all the fuel issues sorted but the afm is being an anus.

yeas the tuner was a weiner and had no idea but it wasnt his fault it wouldnt idle it was the fact of no iac valve because its a part of the dog shit afm.

Wah? You don't NEED an iacv. You can do without one but your cold idle will be ~800rpm cold and will come up to ~1300 warm. I probably won't use the pwm idle valve on my sr when I wire an ecu in because i doubt it'll really need it. It'll be nicer with one but it's not a huge deal idling at 1200. Aside from that, not that I have any experience with 20v motors but you need to source vacuum from all 4 tb's and run that into a vacuum canister then connect the MAP sensor to that. It'll help it idle better. Or tune in 4d.

Send the adaptronic back and get it repaired.

does that mean i will have to run a black top computer because the silver top one wont idle with the map sensor connected.

Ohhhhhh. I thought you were running adaptronic on afm somehow.

Yeah, switch to blacktop loom and ecu for MAP or put the adaptronic back in and run map.

Camry afms work too on the silvertop... You can also run it on a B/top ecu + loom
