You really only need the EFI-Main relay and fuse out of the AE82 fusebox. The fan control relay can also be used but not really worth keeping an entire fuse box for 2 relays.
Just buy fused relays and put them where it's most convenient. It doesn't hurt to go overkill with wiring by putting in a 4 or 8 circuit fuse panel in cabin to fuse off ECU, gauges, boost controller, new ECU, whatever else might need power.
Get these (http://www.alanco.com.au/retail_catalogue_page/RLY-5113_item.html?ref_cat_id=666) and make a 'fusebox' if you feel you need more relays. Keeps it neat and you can stack more on later if you feel the need.

throw that away and spend the money on a JDM RWD loom........seriously.
it is so much easier and neater.
FWD looms look like a giant cluster fuck in the engine bay unless you strip them right back and make a new loom out of it

is it just the fuse box you need to know about?
When I did my AE82 Bigport 4AGE into ADM AE86 I used the stock 86 fuse box.
The only wiring I had to change was the fuse box plug with the pins for the alternator.
Just had to patch mine in - 3 wires.
I used this to make the loom.

4A-GE 16V (Japan) AE86 ECU Pin Identification (http://www.club4ag.com/faq_and_tech_pages/ECU%20Japan%20AE86%204A-GE.htm)
4AGE 1985 AE 86 Sprinter Trueno/Corolla Levin is the same as ADM AE82 ECU plugs/pins
And it lists what is needed and what can be not used.
For the KE70 the ALT Wiring is a bit different to 86.

A> The thick White is direct 12V+ battery power to Batt Terminal on ALT
B> White/Yellow is Dash Charge Lamp.
C> 12V ignition which KE70 ALT loom doesn't have but, your A series ALT will.
In KE70 the 4K coil 12V IGN wire is right near the new Alt Position
Or can pick up on the other side away from the fuel lines.
D> 12V Constant as per factroy, a separate run from plug to Batt 12V+ terminal.
Or 12V constant can hook to thick white Batt terminal wire.

The only other thing is the circuit opening relay (COR) for the fuel pump.
The big black relay looking thing mounted on the ecu cradle.
There is a very helpful thread on Toymods that shows how to wire the stock COR or how to use 2 relays if you don't got the COR
