Poor earth head light wire

Ok well my right headlight is more brighter then the left (dull) as it maybe a bad earth some where but would any one know what maybe worng so any idea's or infor may help thanks

Why you assume bad earth, very well could be a dud power source wire. replace them all anyways, shits 24-25yrs old.
