20v silvertop throttle template

Ok Ive asked this before but never had anyone come up with the goods....

Does anyone have a template at all that they could send me of the exact measurements (bolt holes and throttle openings ect) for a set of 20v silvertop throttles?
Ie: something I could take to a machinist to get a plate cut/machined and have it spot on.

Would be awesomely appreciated if someone can help out with this...

I'm trying to make a plenum, if all goes well I'd think about reproducing them for the masses...

I can organise you a plate of any thickness now. Just tell me if it's for silver and blacktop and I can give you a quote. I am getting a batch of gear cut in about 2 weeks.
