well thats pretty much what I paid for the whole setup.

Im not sure on IRS yet, thats a side project. I have a cheap disc rear end on offer though through work which will do for now...The drums wont be any good if I want to hit the track next year

After words with phouc, need to confirm it is a 4.3:1 gearset.

I changed the crown and pinion and cant remember if they were 4.1 or 4.3
