Hey guys
Running itbs on my 16v, don't want to run sock filters
So can anyone recommend a certain chamber/plenum, anyone with experience with them? and where to acquire said plenum :)
Thanks!!

Noby Booth. Geenline or Nengun.

Not many other options readily available unless you use something like a pipercross filter chamber, which is quite good, but hard to control air temps with.

That actually looks somewhat standard! But I'm running an NA so would the lack of rams loose a little power?

because of the internal radii not so much. I had one guy report a slight loss from open trumpets and from using sock filters probably a gain in power.

Have you got any pictures of fitment in ae 86 engine bay? And how much are you after for one?
Thanks Sam!

Thanks Sam will it miss the heater tap and and clutch master?

clutch master easy however for the heater tap I took out one of the two rubber isulators and then it was ok on a little bit of an angle. I am also running a 10mm gearbox spacer.

Do you do a package that includes the plenum, throttle body's, gaskets etc pretty much everything needed?

I have made a thread in my sponsor section instead of using this as a sales thread which isn't right

I like my brake booster

Looking for something similar for that, too worried that the gtir set up is too small for NA, but also of corse want my booster :)
The nobby booth one looks like it would be very close, but can buy it without holes cut and comes with template to cut them.
But still scrounging around for more options

GTIR setup will be fine for any road going NA engine.

Heck it would probably be fine for almost all NA engines. Only a limited few have engines which would require more.

Will have 272 or higher, not sure on lift cams, ported smallport head, 11.3-11.6 - 1 compression (pistons) and a fairly free flowing exhaust, curly extractors and what not. Not sure if it warrants bigger plenum or not but don't want to have less than my engine needs. Car will be used for daily/hillclimb and some fun days at winton and stuff so if having a bigger plenum will give me a little more at the wheels then I'll go down that road, better to have more air and not need it then need it and not have it I guess

Will be fine, absolutely fine.

You might need bigger when you are running 318deg cams, 13.5:1 CR and spinning to 9800rpm. Or in the case of the engine above a 1.9L 7AG to 8800rpm.

seen this?

There's one on ebay right now.

Wonder how it would fit?... That notch might be handy at the back.

Or there is this site:
http://www.reverie.ltd.uk/
Some amazing gear there and some that would likely fit.

Also Jenvey... (http://www.jenvey.co.uk/home/accessories/airhorns-filters-and-boxes)

Been doing a lot of looking for chambers lately for the 2az build.

I see I see, the big thing is trying to pick/find the right one that clears everything without having to outlay on something that may or may not fit (clearance wise) always a gamble I guess

Any one know what the clearance is like on the 71's with the noby booth setup?
