SC14 - Pulley

Hey gang,
Did a search, didn't really find what I was looking for.
I have been given an SC14 thats in pretty good condition and have found smaller diameter pullies for it,
but wanted to know, do these chargers take well to removing the clutch type pullies?
Are there any know issues with having them run constantly?
