What was the issue with topstage? I've just ordered a whole lip kit through them.

I asked to meet up with them friday, they told me their shop was open 9-6 but something important came up, along with that they said 11pm was good pickup time.. i confirmed 11pm on friday as the pickup time, drove 50 minutes to get there to realise he meant AM on monday.
He just doesnt know how to reply/text/reply to calls/talk on facebook properly...
