4K fuel lines?

Hey team

4k KE70 just ran out of fuel, chucked 10 litres in it still not running. the fuel filter on the left side of the engine bay is only getting a bees dick of fuel into it.

how many filters are there in the line? where is the fuel pump? I'm not being lazy, it's just super fucking wet outside and totally cbf laying in wet grass and shit right now.

1 filter as far as I know and the fuel pump is a mecchanical one on the side of the motor

Pour a smidge down the carby and yep 1 filter in the bay

Sounds like crud from the bottom of the tank has been sucked up and is restricting the lines?
