I've got all the gear required to do a 4AGE turbo conversion. Was planning on doing it to my big port 4age, but I've just sold my beloved KE70 project car and the buyer wasn't planning to turbocharge. So this gear is now for sale. I'm hoping it can go to a good home on this forum (although I'm mainly a Toymods forum user).
I've spent about a year gathering all the bits and as I'm sure most of you appreciate, I want quality not cheap china imports from Ebay. So I've opted for quality second hand T25G turbochargers out of a Nissan SR20DET. These suit the 4AGE's well and are proven to produce 150kW atw on many setups.
One turbo has been fully prepped by Turbotech which includes reorientation of the compressor and exhaust housings, correct orientation of the core (so oil drain points downward), and engineering work to relocate the factory wastegate actuator so the turbo can fit properly with this setup. The hard work is done, this is ready to bolt on. And it comes with a spare turbo.
Turbo Kit Includes ($500):
Garrett T25G x 2 (Oil and water cooled, from Nissan SR20DET)
T2 exhaust manifold, high mount, cast iron
400x300x76 mm aluminium intercooler
3" Dump Pipe
various 2" and 2.5" aluminium and stainless steel pipe bends
various silicon pieces and hose clamps
HKS super sequential BOV (I probably wouldn't bother with BOV but got one anyway. Flutter sounds so much better).

Extras:
4AGZE pistons $150
Hyundai dual output twin coils (for direct fire wasted spark ignition setup) $100
The turbo kit is ready to bolt on, I've tested that it fits factory 4age big port. All you need is water lines and oil lines which you can get done by ENZED or whatever.
