ok guys, i have seen a little bit of info on the 1uz conversion being thrown around so i decided to make a thread on it to make mine and everyone else doing the conversions life easier

now at the moment this is a tech question as im going to be doing the converision in due time and id like to start sourcing parts once answers are given could a mods please sticky this in tech articles???

now here we go

>>>>1UZ to W5*<<<<

What clutch to use???

what flywheel to use???

how do i get onto nite parts to get the bellhousing to suit???

from info ive read u use the standard 1UZ starter in the nite parts bellhousing

if theres anything else that needs adding feel free to do so

im thinking with the flywheel you should be able to use something like 3sge or 7mge or something similar but yet to be confirmed

so if anyone has answers that would be great

(im looking at ant or josh here) ;)

cheers

Search lextreme.com
Also I think toymods has a bag of info too.

It's out there, you just have to dig a bit for it.
