matching a set of springs to my konis

Hi all im chasing advice on spring rates to suit some koni sport yellow shocks i have purchased for my ae86. atm im running king springs which seem to soft. im goin to be streeting this car mosr of the time and doing some track days.

what length are the shocks? shorter than stock?

6 and 4.5 or 5 and 3.5 if its bumpy where you drive/live
