hey peeps,

4AGE 20V Silvertop issues at 4,000rpm
New sparkplugs NGK Laser Platnum (BKR6EP-8) and installed Tomei FPR running on 44psi.
Has anyone had the same issue with their motor, we are fitting new spark plug leads, but does anyone know exactly whats causing this jitter at 4,000rpm? It's more noticeable when your soft on the throttle, when your hard on the throttle it's not so noticeable.

You are running an after market computer right? How long has this been happening for?

Vvt related at a guess.

I just read on YouTube that its a microtech LT10S.
Which guessing probably means no VVTi.
Rayyan, That guy is referring to master reset on Stock ECU where you disconnect the 12V constant power to the ecu for 10min and it will reset and clear codes take it out of limp mode.
LT10s don't work like that, they will store last config even with out any power to them.

The way you have worded this reads that this only start happening once you installed FPR and plugs?
If so keep in mind stock fuel pressure 35psi - 38psi at the fuel rail
I take it that that TOMEI FPR is rising rate?
Too much pressure.
You don't need rising rate on the FPR as motor is running NA form.
My suggestion would be to knock a bit of pressure out.
However, that is just my opinion.....

Can you show me the fuel line up to the FPR...Its from the return line yeah? and you have disconnected the stock FPR yeah?

How long has the microtech been on it for?
Haven't been playing with the hand controller by chance?
Haven't been in soft cut or hard cut screens for rev limit?
