I am parting out my 86 i have been building since 08. first i am selling the shell and engine once that is gone i will put up a new thread with everything else.

shell sold


tomei stroked ca18 (2litre)
CA18DET bored and stroked to 2L using Tomei Stroker kit (pistons, crankshaft, tomei piston rings)
Re-Bored and Milled block
Bored oil drain backs
Resized conrods
Linished crankshaft
MLS metal Head gasket
Rebuilt and match ported head
ARP conrod, head and flywheel bolts
Gates race timing belt
New water pump
Race bearings
Port matched inlet manifold with butterflies removed and SR20DE throttle
S4 RX7 injectors (550cc)
Nismo fuel pressure regulator
HKS oil cooler kit
Greddy FMIC with stainless piping
Splitfire coilpacks
HKS 264 degree 8.5mm lift cams
Extended and baffled sump
Adaptronic ECU and new engine loom
npc 5 puck button clutch

since i bought the engine from my mate who had it in a red s13 which alot of people knew, i put a brand new core in the t517z turbo which cost $950.

engine has been tuned to 270hp on an adaptronic and the engine wiring is custom.
done less than 10 000km

But, if you're serious about this I'm keen on the strut brace you got off Seamus. When the time comes. If it comes (I hope not for your sake).

yeh jase i was at the point where money spent on custom wiring and tuning would be thrown away if i was to sell later, and with me wanting to build a house i did the numbers for how much it will cost to take it to the track for a weekend and i was looking at atleast $500 if i didnt break anything. with a $400 000+ mortgage i just couldnt justify it.

james- i'l keep that in mind but they are going to be near impossible to remove from my diff due to the bush being such a tight fit when i put it on

Yeah Johl I hear ya mate. It's a constant battle between track days and a mortgage for me. Grown up life sucks

Is the CA18 still for sale mate?

I wouldn't need the FMIC as it would be dropped into an S13 Silvia.
