i dont know the offset as there isnt a sticker on the rims and i can post at your cost.

the grill is missing the clips. has eyelids and everything is working on the front. the bar has a few scratches but still in good nice the lip is brand new. yes the panhard is adjustable. i can have it all packed and wrapped for a courier.
