Have you hooked up or blanked off the water lines to the bottom of the throttle body?

Where is your idle screw set to. Also adjust your throttle stop screw

^This.
I had to remove the cold-start/idle-up valve thingy on the bottom of my throttle body recently. This is all I did to fix it (sorry AE86DC won't let me attach the images so I've just linked them from RC):
Removed this from the throttle body:

Made this blanking plate(on the right):

Then fitted the plate and a new gasket to the bottom of the throttle body:

So you have the bottom of the TB blocked off?
Or you have all water lines hooked up?
And you have adjusted idle screws? as in you got the throttle body stop, and you got the adjustment screw, its the recessed screw in the throttle body beside the TPS.

Inside the TB on the bottom right is a hole.
This is hole for your ISCV (idle speed control valve) ^ is this the part you refering to that you have purchased new

You have checked for vacuum leaks around intake and TVIS?
Do you have a oil catch can hooked up by chance
