Stacks as in trumpets for the itbs? You'll lose a bit of power from not having one, and nothing to attach a filter to. Otherwise you'll be right.

Yeah trumpet. Wasn't sure if it might mess with something. Cheers

Yeah, don't go off track/try and get some sorta filter on there. If anything that cylinder will run richer because the air is harder to get into that cylinder.

the welds can still crack, as were seen on mine, no biggy though< still the best stacks on the market I have found.

Yeah the rest are ok haha, I'll just grab another. I was doing some pretty gnarly hoops tho so that's probs why

I think its just the resonance they are subjected to, in a fwd you can literally hear the vibrations as the resonance bounces off it, pretty cool really.

crap that doesn't sound good, well if you have not already send me an email and I will have another out to you.
What size and type do you have now?

I think they are gone now sam, Matt could confirm that. In my opinion, it is solely due to the resonance/vibrations caused via intake pulses, which I don't think any could anticipate to be so strong. I think if it were 4 tacks each it wouldn't be an issue.
P.S my offroad excursions and curb hopping at driftfest 01 may of been a contributing factor lol.

I as of recently have changed the way these are put together. Here is a pic pre-machined on the unusual fixture I had to make for the task at hand:

Made from a former traffic light pole. I have the right man for testing these too, the only guy who somehow managed to tear a flange in half. I figure that being welded on the top and bottom it will also prevent any rocking from the engine which is likely what is causing the fatigue in the first place.
