What offsets are the rims?

2 of the 16x8 have Federal 595's 195/45R16s fitted, they're near new, friends been using them for a bit.

the offsets after i measured them (cant read the stickers...) for the 16x7 offsets are +15, and 16x8; +30. +/- 1mm
