Ok so parents bought a 2.5 acre property so im looking for a paddock basher.

Something cheap so most KE's and AE's would be out of the question. Must be manual and rwd!

Any recommendations on what to look out for?

Some sort of ute might be handy too.

Datsun 120y, sigma, bluebird even falcadores really. Anything rwd is the most fun. Smash all the windows out and aim the washer jets at your passengers face.

Old subaru sportswagon thingys from the 80's are pretty fun on the slippery stuff. Cut a mean donut.
I've had a buttload of bashers, including several vans chopped into utes (worst weight balance ever). The best was possibly a RT104 corona - tractor engine is hard to kill.
Commodores sucked, too big and heavy = too many spin-outs on grass. The lighter cars were always more fun - more agile when there's little traction.
